  8. In the six years since AA formed Argrath Intelligence as a corporate espionage
  9. team, we did not suspect that you would use the agency as a general purpose
  10. independent intelligence firm. I would like to stress the importance of AA's
  11. staying inconspicuous and away from standard government contracts. AA is not
  12. to be a contender in the competetive world of capitalistic espionage; it is
  13. for information gathering and covert activity for the benefit of the company.

  15. We understand that a particular agent of yours, one Michael Telan, is your
  16. usual field operative in these "real spying" cases. For this reason, as well
  17. as Telan's documented success, we would like you to assign him to this mission,
  18. which is a corporate task, but is as close to conventional espionage as we
  19. would like you to venture.

  21. We want you to have Telan steal the IP-39 prototype from the IPHS company for
  22. AA duplication and use. Certain sources inform us that another firm, a true
  23. independent company, Indemnity Intelligence, is also trying to obtain the
  24. android. We also know that the communist organization, The Knights of the Red
  25. Flag, want the machine as well. You must obtain it first. Fail in this mission,
  26. Commander Parth, and AA will be forced to dissolve AI as it's such a failure
  27. it isn't even worth the tax break.
